Working at Zymmetrical, we have to make screen shots all the time - if you want to report a bug or suggestion for the site, I found this add-on for Firefox that makes it a snap:

No more Print Screen > Photoshop > Edit > Upload, instead:
"Right click on any web page, frame or iframe, click "Save Page As
Image..." and then drag a box around the piece you want to save."
Works on Firefox 3+.
