Hey,
Short answer: you don't. The feature does not exist.
If it is urgent you can contact us via the Help Center (or PM me) with the Submission ID# and we will check it out.
Thanks! |

o...k...hmmm I suggest you look into that feature. Pretty much all sites I contribute to have a function to delete single files, (some have restrictions to only delete one file per day). It feels like a hazzle to have to send mail if you find a problem with a file, or if you have sold it exlusive on another site and need to remove it urgently. I sent just about my whole portfolio of +2000 images with FTP to you and there are a few images in there that I may want to disable. You usually have to manage the uploaded files from FTP and confirm before images go live on other sites, but as far as I can see there is no such funcion here?? If you approve an image directly from the FTP directory, it goes live staight away, and the photographer has no options for it? Or am I missing some function somewhere? |

Why has this feature not been implemented? it's been 6 months since it was posted here
I have some duplicate uploads waiting in the describe area. I guess I just describe and submit the duplicates? it seems to be the only option available? being able to delete a file uploaded accidentally for whatever reason (in this case a problem with the site not showing the uploaded images ever after refresh) is a NEED not a 'nice feature'

Hi, Thanks for bringing this up again, that feature did get added in a recent build, but got unintentionally omitted in the build after that. So, there is now again a 'Delete selected' button visible. This moves the files into your reject bin, with a reason of 'Deleted by Artist', but will not affect your overall Zyrank (percentage of normal rejects is still a factor in the algorithm) |
