I uploaded 22 files via FTP on 3/19/08. They are still stuck in the FTP folder and do not show up in my account. Is is normal to stay so long in the FTP folder? Or is there a problem?

As you can see, the files have been moved into the Submissions queue. All files are dealt with in as quick a manner as possible, and our approval turnaround time is constantly improving. Thanks!
