For  a number of my pictures I forgot to add keywords before turning them into jpegs and uploading them.   Is this a problem?  I've noticed that some of my images have a thumbs up but they're not keyworded yet. Will I be able to do that?  There is no edit column for these pictures so I can't seem to access them.

Generally, you will need keywords to get through the approval process.

Just this week we added the ability to Edit 'Waiting' submissions on www.zymmetrical.com/account/submissions/, so if you either don't know IPTC, or just missed adding them in the metadata, you can still add them manually using the 'Edit' button that appears next to each waiting submission.

We now require an 'Edit' to move the files through in the queue. You should choose a price, a category, flag it if it has "adult content", and submit the edits. This will put a priority on the file in the queue, as our Editors know it has been pre-checked.

You may also edit approved, live files in the 'Art Manager' at www.zymmetrical.com/account/art-manager/ . The Art Manager is slated for some major renovations very shortly, so it will be easier to edit files in batch etc., but for now you are able to do basic keyword and price changes.
