Hi,
I am new here, just registered and tried to upload a jpg through http form.
Got the following message

A critical error has occurred.
Parameter count does not match Parameter Value count.

Got the same message uploading also a vector eps file...

any ideas?

Next I tried ftp.
Setup the account, logged in but there was no GRAPHICS  folder.
Uploaded 5 eps and 5 jpg files.
After a while, doing a refresh view, the folders appeared but I get a permission denied error when I try moving my files in GRAPHICS folder.

Hi,

You should just be able to upload the files into your /GRAPHICS dir in the FTP now. I'm not quite sure what had caused the web form error, but the FTP is definitely rock-solid.

We do not permit deletes or moves in the FTP system, only uploads, as this avoids potential abuse (aka. using Zymmetrical as your personal free FTP backup :)

I will have a look at the 5 sets you uploaded already and get them moving, in the future as mentioned, please just upload in the /GRAPHICS.
