Hi,

I have uploaded several photos with ftp and web-upload but they don't show up for description in the system. I already created a ticket one week ago asking for checking this out. It seems this portal is not mature enough to even handle all the upload from the photographers (okay it says "beta" on the page), so I don't expect to generate any business out of this site.

Anyway the idea is good, but I think for the moment I'll stick with the more mature portals that can really handle photo uploads like iStockPhoto or StockXPert.

Sorry you did not get the results you expected thus far. I sincerely apologize for the delay in response to this issue- we wanted to have a solid answer as to why your files were not via FTP moved through before answering: if you had uploaded via the Flash or Web upload (options A or B) you would not have experienced these issues - files uploaded via those methods have been dealt with within minutes or hours normally.

We have automated the FTP > Submissions process, however discovered it was not working in a correct way. This problem has been resolved and the new programming will be in place shortly.

Thank you for patience and understanding of how a beta operation can grow to efficiency: we have some embarrassing problems here and there, but always can react and improve things in a quick way. Please keep your faith as we make our daily bug-killing rounds.
