Where do we get the copyrights for our creations like fonts creation. Is that we want to pay for that and is that free for registering? I have created a font with a name 'coggy' using font creator professional.

Mm.. interesting.
I'm from Singapore, and I know I don't have to register. But I just need to express them in tangible forms.

what ppl do is to send mail a copy of their work to themselves and leave the envelope unopened so that the date stamp and the unopened work could establish the date of existence and the work as it existed at the relevant time.

in short, it's a prove with date and time that you created this font before any others.

Font Creator Professional.....I will have to look into that.  It would be challenging to create a font.  How long did it take you?

You can get a copyright for anything that you create if it belongs to you.

Yeah if you're creating a great deal of fonts it's an especially good idea to get them copywrited. Not only will it reflect that you were the artist who created them but it may also lead to work and money for you in the future. Those are good resources above; thank you.
